Heart pictures (heartpictures.ch) gives professional family photographs. Where a child or parent is seriously ill or where a child is born prematurely or stillborn. In turbulent times, Herzensbilder conveys messages that speak of solidarity, bravery and love. The Herzensbilder organization is a non-profit association founded in 2013 by Kerstin Birkeland, which is committed to providing free family photographs where a seriously ill member of the family is worried. The organization exists and works thanks to donations and many volunteers.
As part of an honorary mandate, Nexpert was able to integrate the entire IT infrastructure into the Microsoft Cloud migrate. Following an assessment of the requirements, Nexpert created a complete solution design for Herzensbilder based on Microsoft 365 with data storage in Switzerland and implemented the configuration, data migration and porting of the email services to Microsoft 365.

This enables Herzensbilder to take free family photos of people in need even more efficiently and quickly and to carry out its valuable charitable mission. Herzensbilder takes care of everything involved in taking valuable pictures in and of the circle of loved ones. This ranges from the organization of professional photographers and the intimate contact with carers and hospitals to the involvement of qualified make-up artists and hairdressers.

Herzensbilder has been in existence and working for ten years with the help of financial donations, generous discounts and donations in kind from private individuals, companies and businesses, and has so far been able to carry out 2,281 assignments with 275 volunteer photographers and stylists and 11 part-time employees.
