In the blog post from March 04, 2024, we published the Advantages of IT outsourcing illuminated. From the customer's perspective, it is equally important to consider potential disadvantages and develop strategies to minimize them. In the following, we look at some critical aspects of IT outsourcing and show how Nexpert deals with them:
