And how can we ensure that new talent fits in with us?<br>With the SkillBoard, we have created a tool that answers precisely these questions - data-based, efficient and user-friendly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What is the SkillBoard?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The SkillBoard is an internal analysis and visualization tool that makes skills visible - both at an individual level and in the overall picture of the company. This gives us a structured picture of their self-assessment before the interview - similar to the way many recruiters handle skills profiles.
